cafe’ Hirai — Restaurant in Nagasaki

We were searching for something similar to European style breakfast, and I can say, I have no regrets finding this cafe. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was very cozy, staff was very welcoming and warm. We waited quite long for food, however it was definitely worth the wait. I have ordered mocha coffee, it was the best mocha I have drank in my entire life. This was the first place my husband and I had breakfast in Nagasaki and it was a great start to our stay there. The atmosphere is classy and relaxed. The owner is very polite and pleasant. 2024/03/28　8:30ごろに入店。 宿泊している場所に近くてモーニングがあるカフェをマップで探して、クチコミは特に見ずに、なんとなく入店しました。

入ると、男性マスターの落ち着いた気持ちいい挨拶。 席に案内、お水を出してくれたあと、「分からないことがあったら、何でも聞いてください。」と。

(今のなんかいいな…！)と思ってしまいました。

ホットサンドとホットラテを注文。 マスターが「トマトとか…苦手ではないですか？」と。 そんなところにまで、気を配ってくれるの！？素敵すぎる…！

ピアノクラシック系の音楽が流れ、ポスター・天井から吊り下げられた飾り・ランプシェード・大きなお花など店内のインテリアも素敵でした。 また、この日は雨だったので、大きな窓から雨が降る様子や、町行く人が傘をさして歩いていく様子を、ぼーっと眺めるのが、たまらなく良い時間でした。
