A hidden gem which is very popular with the locals for their huge variations of the turkish rice dish. I went with their standard turkish rice for 1,560 yen (top right on the menu) and do not let the mix appearance of the food deceive you as it was delicious, filling and hearty at an affordable price. The highlights of the dish was the tonkatsu and the omurice. The tonkatsu was fried to perfection while soft and juicy on the inside. The egg of omurice soft and fluffy which is enhanced by the demi-glace sauce adding a nice beefy flavor on a bed of delicious saffron rice instead of the typical ketchup rice. Overall, I recommend eveyone to give this unique dish a try as it is an interesting marriage of Japanese and Western components!

For those planning to visit Nicky Austin in Nagasaki, Japan, here’s a tip: The restaurant’s signature dish, Turkish Rice, is a delightful blend of flavors that many find incredibly satisfying. While the curry pilaf may pack a spicy punch, the white sauce is a delicious alternative. However, if you’re looking for something that’s gentler on the stomach, the Hayashi rice, with its rich demi-glace sauce, might be the perfect choice for today’s meal. Enjoy the fusion of tastes in this unique culinary experience! 🍛✨

Nice little casual place to eat. My sister, mom, and I came to eat at this place around 8:30 PM (non-busy time), food was delicious and there's A LOT of varietions to choose from. Pros: Fast and (always) polite service, frequent water refill, tons of variation to choose from. Cons: If you're coming with a group, be sure that everyone is here because they won't allow you to save spots for people that aren't present during seating. Also, menu is written in JAPANESE so be prepared.

Food was palatable but slightly on the pricier side. While the food was tasty, one minus for me was that there is no English menu. Nor does the staff on duty speak any English at all. I could only point the the picture of the frontage to order my food and hence selection was limited for me. Staff did try to be friendly and courteous though so kudos to that. Restaurant were visited by locals mainly and I was the only foreigner there.

Nice food that is slightly expensive but definitely worth it. There's no English menu and the staff don't speak English, which is great fun if you are looking to engage with the locals. I took a picture of the store front to make an order. Nonetheless the staff were friendly and provided quality service. The restaurant has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Good vibe after a long day traveling around.

めっちゃ美味しかった!前のレビューを読んでいて、ちょっと心配だったけどスタッフと全然問題なかった。まだ行きたい! This shop is famous for their "Turkish Rice". There are literally hundreds of choices to choose from and there is lots of volume to the dishes so make sure you have an empty stomach before you go. Despite some earlier reviews, I had no problems with the staff there and would definitely go back again.
