Was looking for some local eatery around the vicinity and chanced upon Izakaya Hirano by an elderly couple. They were super friendly to me and though our communication were limited due to language barrier, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant! The nagasaki salad is good for sharing and I am surprised to see crispy noodles in the salad! Fried oyster and mackerel were great together with some beer :) Finally, I ordered some salmon sashimi to end off a wonderful night. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The staff don't speak english and the menu is in Japanese , so either use google translate and point and gesture to order, or use lots of katakana-english to try to get your point across.
