あつた舟鮨 — Restaurant in Nagoya

I came here two years ago in 2019, so I can only base it off of my experience then: we were walking out of the park across the street and stumbled upon this restaurant and thought to grab a bite before going back to the train station. The eel was delicious . Crispy skin on the outside with a thick and plump texture . Had beautiful tasty sauce and accompanying pickle.

Had the unagi don for 2300 Yen which is quite affordable considering most unagi prices but still wished for slightly more than 4 pieces.

The restaurant had a nice decor with traditional Japanese seating on tatami. A nice place just opposite atsuta Shrine and less crowded than the nearer...

2022年6月に利用

14時過ぎ本当は駅前のお店に行くつもりでしたが定休日で空いておらず空腹に耐えきれず入りました。

誰もいません。

キャリーバックがたくさん置いてあり上階に団体さんが来ていた模様。

ひつまぶしのつもりでしたが何かを悟り上うな丼にしました。

生け簀として使ってたと思われる水槽にガンプラが入っていました。

待つこと20分くらいかな？届きました。

斜めにカットされたうなぎ5～6切れが乗っていて想像とは違うスタイルでした。お吸い物と漬物付きです。 とりあえずうなぎを一口…皮面が焦げてて異常に固い、あーあ…って感じでワクワク感を返してくれって感じで無心で食べました。 食べ進むと下にうなきが隠れていました。これはニクい演出と少し嬉しくなりました。

後日、宇柰ととでうなぎ食べましたが魚特有の臭みを少し感じ、こちらでは特に臭みとか感じなかったから処理とかはしっかりされているんだなと思いました。それか産地の問題なのかもしれませんが…
