Best ramen ever had in Nagoya area!

This ramen store is right next to Jingu Mae station and takes you only 5 min walk. It locates next to Jingu sidewalk food street.

They provided iPad to get your line up ticket, and you can trace your number by the QR code on the ticket online.

You need cash to buy ramen ticket at entrance vending machine. Take a seat and enjoy this thick broth and tender beef and chicken ramen. It is a little pricey if you ordered everything in your ramen like beef, chicken and eggs, but all of them are simply at their best state.

This is a ramen restaurant that appears to have opened in the last year or so, and is close to Atsuta shrine and Jingu-mae station. They also serve a salty broth, but I went for their ‘all topping’ miso ramen and wasn’t disappointed. The miso broth was extremely flavorful and the ramen itself contained thinly sliced beef and pork, as well as a kind of wonton and the usual egg. Once you get there, all you need to do is scan the QR code to get a reservation, which you can check on your phone to see how long the wait time is. All in all, a great ramen experience close to an iconic shrine....

💮みそらーめん全部のせ 1450円 名古屋コーチン白湯スープと自家製味噌のダブルスープ 味噌の甘みとコクがあってスープを久しぶりに飲み干しました 香味油は飛騨牛脂を野菜で風味付け 麺はフランスパン用小麦粉ベースに全粒粉配合多加水、自家製中細ストレート 低温調理の叉焼もやわらかくとても美味しい 見た目から映えるし味も大満足 これぞ職人の一杯を頂きました

💮バジルの和玉 390円 まぜまぜしてバジルの香りを楽しみながら付けスープに投入するのを忘れて全て完食してしまいました めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです

💮麻辣(シビカラ)みそらーめん1150円 ミンチがたまらなく美味しかった 自家製麻辣の辛みと痺れがクセになるのも意味が分かる コクがある味噌ベーススープが馴染んできて中盤になるとまろやかになる そこで自家製六香粉を味変に投入する 辛みと痺れが増しました
