這是一間用餐氣氛環境、服務、餐點都很讚的一間餐廳；位於名古屋一座日式庭園德川園內，用餐地點就在園內的湖邊，看著湖景用餐真的是很美好的體驗🥰。

餐點的部分從一開始的finger food就精緻的讓人驚豔，上面的奶油跟底下的塔鹹鹹甜甜的非常好吃；再來的幾道小點心，不管是從造型到口味上，都非常完美😍！

小點心之後就是前菜們，有嫩到不像話的舒肥雞胸，搭配烤蘆筍、柚子胡椒跟彩椒，還有一層像果凍的裝飾；冷湯是櫻花酒粕蘿蔔，搭上一片櫻花葉子跟麻糬，有一點點像櫻餅，這也是我愛在日本吃西餐的原因，他們很巧妙的融合了日本的食材跟元素，碰撞出西餐不一樣的層面！

再來的鮑魚、烤雕魚跟牛排也都很好吃🤗，除此之外他們的奶油是白色奶香非常醇濃的自製奶油，好吃到我忍不住再要了一款😅搭配第二塊麵包，肥肉就是這樣長出來的🥲。

最後的甜點也很有春天感，是橘子起司焦糖蛋糕，造形美酸甜度適中，是個很完美的結尾😍

值得一提的是這家服務非常好，店員很努力的用英文跟我們介紹每一道菜，知道我們是台灣人以後還來了幾句你好謝謝🤣，最後還幫我們去庭園拍照跟叫計程車。

很推薦這間從餐點、景色、服務等等都讓人滿意的餐廳🍴，不愧是當地人要慶祝的時候會來的店😆

Here's a hidden gem in Nagoya's tranquil Tokugawaen Japanese garden. Dining by the lake, you're treated to a stunning view and a spectacular meal.

The dining adventure starts with exquisite finger foods, including creamy delights on savory tarts. The appetizers feature tender sous-vide chicken breast with roasted asparagus, yuzu pepper, and bell peppers, topped with a jelly-like garnish. The cold soup combines sakura shuikas sake lees, radish, cherry leaf, and mochi, offering a taste of spring.

The main courses include succulent abalone, perfectly grilled tilefish, and a melt-in-your-mouth steak, accompanied by house-made creamy white butter—so good I asked for extra with another slice of bread.

The meal concludes with a citrusy caramel cheesecake, a perfect blend of sweet and tangy, embodying the essence of spring.

The service is exceptional, with staff explaining each dish in English and greeting us in Mandarin, knowing we were from Taiwan. They also assisted us in taking photos in the garden and hailing a cab.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience for special occasions. This spot is a local favorite for all the right reasons.
