這是一間用餐氣氛環境、服務、餐點都很讚的一間餐廳;位於名古屋一座日式庭園德川園內,用餐地點就在園內的湖邊,看著湖景用餐真的是很美好的體驗🥰。

餐點的部分從一開始的finger food就精緻的讓人驚豔,上面的奶油跟底下的塔鹹鹹甜甜的非常好吃;再來的幾道小點心,不管是從造型到口味上,都非常完美😍!

小點心之後就是前菜們,有嫩到不像話的舒肥雞胸,搭配烤蘆筍、柚子胡椒跟彩椒,還有一層像果凍的裝飾;冷湯是櫻花酒粕蘿蔔,搭上一片櫻花葉子跟麻糬,有一點點像櫻餅,這也是我愛在日本吃西餐的原因,他們很巧妙的融合了日本的食材跟元素,碰撞出西餐不一樣的層面!

再來的鮑魚、烤雕魚跟牛排也都很好吃🤗,除此之外他們的奶油是白色奶香非常醇濃的自製奶油,好吃到我忍不住再要了一款😅搭配第二塊麵包,肥肉就是這樣長出來的🥲。

最後的甜點也很有春天感,是橘子起司焦糖蛋糕,造形美酸甜度適中,是個很完美的結尾😍

值得一提的是這家服務非常好,店員很努力的用英文跟我們介紹每一道菜,知道我們是台灣人以後還來了幾句你好謝謝🤣,最後還幫我們去庭園拍照跟叫計程車。

很推薦這間從餐點、景色、服務等等都讓人滿意的餐廳🍴,不愧是當地人要慶祝的時候會來的店😆

I would call this French Fusion rather than strictly French. That said however eating at the Garden was the best dining experience my wife and I have had in Japan by far! The servers were solicitous and kind, answering our questions in great detail and smoothly replacing our drinks and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.

They also had a server who spoke English well, and have us background on some of the more unique ingredients.

The price point isn't such that we will be back frequently, but we do want to come back for...

5月,結婚記念日のお祝いランチに,家族で初めてお邪魔しました。 雨の日曜日でしたが,駐車場から美しい庭園を通ってレストランへ。一度庭園の外に出なければならないのですが,初めてで入り口がよく分からず係の方に教えていただきました。 ランチのコースは大人が¥8800,子どもは¥6600でお願いしました。 前菜のタルトが砕いたカカオの上に載せてあったり,蕪のスープには桜味のお粉がかかっていたり,目にも口にも楽しめる,優しくて口に合うお味の料理が多かったです。お魚料理だけは,味付けがカレーのようなピリ辛なお味で私たちの口に合わず,子どものコースの鮮魚のポワレの方がとっても美味しそうで羨ましかったです。 お食事中,お茶を注文しました。 産地や茶葉別にずらりと並んで,選ぶのに時間がかかりましたが,ソムリエの方?が丁寧に教えてくださり,好みのものをいただけました。他のスタッフの方々も控えめでしたがとてもフレンドリーな雰囲気で,お話ししやすかったのも好印象でした。 コースには徳川園のチケットが付いているのを知らずに先に購入してしまったので,次回またお邪魔する楽しみが増えました笑。 紅葉の頃にまた出かけたいと思います。
