The store's name, "BETOCON," is an acronym for "Best Condition," and they are well-known for their garlic-infused ramen. There are many different types of ramen available, such as Sapporo-style and Shanghai-style noodles. Since it was my first time visiting, I decided to try the "BETOCON Ramen," which is labeled as their most popular dish. Although the dish comes with garlic already included, the aroma was not overwhelming. However, when I added the free topping of "super spicy raw garlic" provided on the table, the intensity of the flavor increased significantly. The "Super Spicy Raw Garlic" is a fantastic condiment, made with crushed raw garlic, chives, and chili peppers and bottled for customers to add as they please. The ramen itself is simple, with thin curly noodles in a soy sauce-based soup, and the ingredients consist of bean sprouts, chives, and garlic. Despite its simplicity, the flavors were addictive and delicious, leaving me wanting more.
