I had plenty of time, so I waited in line to enter the store. I ate "Aged soy sauce, Chinese noodles with ginger". The harmony of ginger and soy sauce aromas is a wonderful soup, and it went great with the straight thin noodles. The raw eggs, seaweed, and seasonings on the table could be topped freely. Topped with a pasty "ginger sauce", it added depth to the taste of the soup. It was always full, but the staff at the restaurant was wonderful, and I was able to eat ramen comfortably.

Ticket machine to order. Ramen is good. Meat is chicken and not pork. Has a different ginger taste souo. We also ordered a rice and beef bowl. There are a number of eggs on the table and these are for the rice and beef bowl. Good price. We were there about 1pm for lunch. Very popular

Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re visiting Nagoya, this place won’t disappoint ramen lovers!
