Fortissimo H — Restaurant in Nagoya

The cakes were so nice! Many of varieties, it's really hard to make a decision, I wanted to eat all of them. It was not only the beautiful look outside, but also had layers and details inside the cake. I was there on Sunday about 2pm, could still find most of the cakes available. It was a little crowded inside the shop, people were lining up to order. Tables were full, the outdoor seats were empty because of the hot weather. beautiful and large space. service is quite inefficient, but staff is friendly. no english. the "yellow" entremet was banana, and tasted very plain, no acidity or bitterness to contrast with the banana flavor. the "red" one was actually milk chocolate, which tasted fine. the "green" one was unsurprisingly matcha, and tasted the most well balanced. the mango shaved ice with yuzu ice cream...

名古屋圏のスウィーツマニアには、言わずと知れたビッグネームパティスリー。 コロナ禍迄は、セントラルガーデン開業以来のほとぼりもすっかり冷めて、土曜日の11:00〜昼下りに訪れる分には、余裕でカフェスウィーツが楽しめたが、コロナ禍で一変。 同じ曜日の同じ時間に立ち寄っても、恐らく人数制限の関係で 店の前には長蛇の列。 其の為 訪れても、「心は いつも泪色」と言っても 、あながちオーバーではない心境に。

2022.4/1…午前中、会社の生活習慣病検査を済ませた後 休暇となったので、池下北方の桜舞い散る並木道のウオーキングを兼ねて来る。 開店時間より早く着き過ぎたので、同じC.G.の他店を覗いてみたり、風が優しく花吹雪を散らす小径の散歩を楽しんだりしたが、初夏の如き陽光が容赦無く照り続ける折り、流石に疲れて来たので 、10:50 店の前のベンチで、開くのを待つ事に・・。 開店し、 一瞥の後 ミロアールショコラに。 ヴィジュアルは ライチのと同じ様な、しかし中には本来入るべき？フランボワーズ。 久し振りに、此の店でカフェタイムを満喫。

2023.6/4…向かいの「エールカフェ」でランチ＆スウィーツ後、通り掛かると、いつの間にか カフェスペース再開。 コロナ禍の沈静化（鎮静化？）故か？。 だが、本格的に飲食した直後。 胃の破綻的負担を鑑みて、スルーする。

6/10…「フルエンテ」（池下）でランチ後、車を置いた千種公園近くのパーキングへ歩いてゆく途中、折角なので立ち寄る事に・・。 店の前に居た店員さんにダメ元で訊くと、まだサロンスペースには空席が有るとの事。 過去複数回味わった...
