Ramen Stall Yumyum — Restaurant in Nagoya

I visited a very authentic Japanese ramen stall and had the original soyu ramen at night. Charsiu was quite generous for the extra portion, which cost JPY 800, while the standard portion for lesser charsiu, cost JPY500 (definitelt cheapooo compared to other ramen stall available)

There were only about 4-6 other customers when I visited the stall, but they had already taken their seats and it's a full house. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes in the freezing cold, which felt like torture🥶

But despite the wait, it was definitely worth it💯

The ramen was absolutely delicious, and having a Japanese ramen in an authentic stall. was one to remember.

Additional info: The seller was a one-man operation, working solo to prepare ingredients, cook, and handle payments all by himself 😂 Every time he went inside to prepare more ingredients, the line just kept growing.

💮チャーシュー麺 800円 チャーシューはかためで分厚いが 熱々のスープに入れると程よいやわらかさに🥩 噛めば噛むほど旨味がしっかり伝わるチャーシュー ガラと醤油のあっさりスープは透き通るほどの鮮やかさ 食感を残したメンマは歯触りも良く旨い🍜 麺は中細ちぢれでスープとからみやすい

💮ラーメン　500円 安いし旨いし言うことないよね 今回はメンマをサービスか チャーシュー麺よりかなり多く入れてくれた 逆にこちらの方が豪華に見えた(笑)

昔ながらのあっさり中華そばが好きなので 真夏と真冬以外で必ず来ます😋 大将も親しみやすく良い方でした これからは暑い日が続くので頑張ってくださいね👍 雨の日や暑すぎる日は休みますm(__)m ※自分も二回ほど休みでした😢
