I went to this restaurant three days ago. The lady at the cashier was RUDE! I have been living in Japan for few years and this was the first time I dealt with rude waitress. I ordered two meals and chips and guacamole. They provided green salsa and red sauce for free at the drink corner. My son wanted to try the salsa and red sauce (not knowing if it is spicy or not) so I asked her nicely for a small bowl for the salsa but she refused. So I used mini paper cup provided for water to put the salsa in, so my son and I can dip the chips. She came to me and told me that the paper cup is for water, not for salsa. I already asked for a small bowl or plate for salsa at first, but she refused. I don’t mind to pay extra for two mini paper cups if she wanted me to pay. Never seen other restaurants where waitress refused to give a small bowl or plates, especially if you bring kids, but this place. She even complained about me behind my back to one of the chefs who didn’t seem to care about the paper cups. The food was good but the customer service...

The menu could benefit from a few more options and additional seating would be appreciated, but the quality of the food more than makes up for the wait. The staff are friendly, respectful, and provide attentive service without being overbearing. The atmosphere is lively, with background music that complements the setting nicely.
The Chicken Quesadilla was outstanding, elevated further by their unique house sauce, and the Beef Burrito was equally impressive. Every bite felt authentic and satisfying.
