創作料理 中山 — Restaurant in Naha

Amazing food and service! The chef is kind and friendly. You would imagine a place with great food like this will have a snobbish chef (sometimes) but he is absolutely humble. The patrons looks like his regulars where they will stay and just chat with him while ordering more food and drinks. He was the chef, waiter and boss all in one but service was right in place and he doesn’t seem to be rushing (in a good way).

As we look obviously foreign, he took the opportunity to introduce us to some of the local food in Okinawa (like the sea grapes) for free! He just said that it’s for the long waiting time (even though it’s not really) and so gave us free food hahaha. I ordered the set and asked for recommendations on which type of rice to choose. Instead of recommending me something with additional cost, he chose the one that best suits my tastebuds (no additional cost). Will definitely come again if I visit Okinawa, highly...

Cannot recommend this place enough. The chef is super kind and this omakase set menu is a steal for 2500 yen (comes with 6 courses). Reservations are recommended as the place is small and be ready to wait for your food since he is running the cooking side of the shop on his own. 這邊用餐，是會收取 人頭費 500日圓（テーブルチャージ）正常來說，某些居酒屋或是餐廳會收，然後費用會提供小菜或湯頭等。

實際用餐體驗不是很好，餐點味道也不行，真的抱歉，只能給一顆星。

吧台區以外的座位，是和式座位，要脫鞋，下方有挖洞，所以不用盤腿或是跪坐，只是整家店位置偏少，建議還是先訂位。用餐氛圍也比較拘謹，沒有那麼舒適

用餐過程，感覺就是好像很日式的空間，但是餐點味道、服務態度，就是一般普通的居酒屋，把餐點出完，就結束客人用餐即可的感覺

店家出餐就是丟著，然後就離開，像是上生魚片也是放上來就走，也沒特別說明有什麼內容。

而且上菜的速度過慢，明明都已經製作好，放在廚師的後方，但是我桌上的料理都已經清光.. 怎麼看都知道在等下一道料理吧，但是我也不曉得店家在忙什麼...

後來發現，原來店家是想等烤物好，再一起上，結果 烤物 跟 握壽司 一起上？？ 一般不是要分開嗎？我想說，沒關係，那烤物熱熱吃，就還可以，結果烤物是完全冷掉的！那等烤物一起上的意義是什麼？為何不先給我握壽司......
