Got lucky, arrived at 10:45 to put our name down just seconds before 20+ people showed up.

Walked here under a thunderstorm, and was blessed with the best and most unique meal we've had in Okinawa.

Got the bun bun, stand, soki soba (default #1 meat lover option). 1350yen. Every piece of meat in here melted in my mouth. The spare ribs were the best I've ever had, smokey but japanese seasoning which means it's not the usual overwhelming American bbq sauce but the clean taste you'd expect in japanese cuisine. The pork belly disintegrated like the ones from GOOD ramen shops and not the lean inferior types you find at Ichiran or Marurama (sorry, yes these are 5* ramen but the meat is sad). The pork chunks alone were higher end than most offerings in the entire japan itself.

The soup was clean and perfectly seasoned. I prefer mine spicy so I added the spicy/alcoholic sauce.

The noodle was okay, I got the free option. Not the most al dente but the rest of the meal was...

This soba spot is one of my favorites! I love the combination of the rich meaty broth, sweet rib and chewy noodles. The Bun Bun is absolutely delicious and you can add on extra noodles or meat. The portion size is filling and comes with a side of rice I can barely eat. My husband likes to get the rice with extra pork. This place is always popular and you have to expect a long waiting time of at least 30 min or more. I promise it’s worth the wait. Best okinawa style soba I have had! The charred ribs here are so amazing... They have 5 types of noodles to choose from and 3 types of pork as well. I'm deducting 1 star because of their very misleading queue system. There was a queue outside with a name list, and there was no indication to fill in our names before joining the queue. As a result, many people in the queue were cut because some people who arrived much later put their names before they realised they needed to do so. The staff was not bothered at all by this and allowed many people to jump the queue, and did not inform anyone about writing the name on the list. This...
