這間店是我在日本吃到最糟的燒肉店，我無法想像在12000 yen高價的店可以獲得這麼糟糕的服務，以一個正常男生來說根本沒吃飽 明明四人入座，卻只給三份餐具。提醒後也只是多給一雙筷子，其他也沒有提供 不會介紹食物。上菜後不會介紹吃法、也不會介紹餐盤上的肉是什麼部位。我也不求要用英文介紹，但好歹用日文或者比手畫腳一下 即使水杯空了也不會補水 上菜速度極慢，兩小時用餐時間有一小半都在等待，前菜主菜主食即使吃完、餐盤也都整理完也要等半小時以上 不會換烤網，無法理解即使烤網超級黑還是不換的原因 除了服務問題，餐點品質和肉的調味也有很大問題。我知道菜單上有寫，但無法理解為什麼會提供海帶芽湯作為主食的一部分。況且理論上是高價位的肉了，還要用很重的調味料蓋掉肉原本的味道。 建議想要來這間店的人三思，除了風景勉強還可以，其他沒有半點好的，不值得這價格。說實在你去台灣台中，隨便一間2000以上燒肉都屌打這間店

This was the worst yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant I’ve ever been to in Japan. I honestly can’t believe such poor service could come from a place that charges 12,000 yen per person. As an average adult male, I left the restaurant still feeling hungry.

Here’s what went wrong: We had a group of four, but they only gave us three sets of utensils. Even after we pointed it out, they just handed us one extra pair of chopsticks—no additional others No explanation of the food. When the dishes arrived, the staff didn’t tell us how to eat them or even what cuts of meat were on the plate. I wasn’t expecting English, but at least they could have used Japanese or some gestures to give us a clue. Empty glasses were ignored. No one refilled our water, even when our cups were clearly empty. Extremely slow service. We were there for two hours, and nearly half the time was spent waiting—either for food to arrive or for plates to be cleared. Even after finishing our appetizers, mains, and sides, we still had to wait over 30 minutes for the next course. They never changed the grill mesh. The grill got completely blackened, but the staff made no effort to replace it. I have no idea why.

Beyond the service issues, the quality and seasoning of the food were also disappointing. I saw the menu, so I knew what to expect, but I still don’t understand why something like seaweed soup was considered part of the main course. And despite being supposedly premium meat, the flavor was drowned out by overly heavy seasoning.

Unless you’re only coming for the view—which was just okay—there’s really nothing good about this place. It’s definitely not worth the price. Honestly, you could go to just about any yakiniku restaurant in Taichung, Taiwan that charges over 2,000 TWD, and it would be way better...

Great place for food and to relax. I love bbq and beer, and this place did it for me. Easy music and the staff were excellent with service and giving me my space. The food was fresh and of course cooking was up to me, hahaha. Had my draft Orion beer, in Oki...so must have local. Try to get a seat over looking the plaza as they have entered window views.
