I love McDonald's and make sure to find one in the countries I visit because there's always something different on the foreign menus versus the American mcds I am used to and seeing the differences is a lot of fun for me.
This establishment was pretty dirty to be honest. Like many other foreign mcds, the beef tasted "off", I'm not sure why that is, but I am begging you, McDonald's, pleeease use the same beef you use in America EVERYWHERE! My cheeseburger tasted strange, but the bun was amazingly soft. I also ordered fried, because we all know mcds has the best! The fries lacked salt even though we saw the guy measure it and sprinkle it on... It's just not enough.. my opinion, obvs.
I can't complain though, it was nice finding a "familar face"
All in all, it was ok, even though it was my least favorite...

Why in the world would you eat at a McDonald's in Okinawa? Maybe you need a taste of home. Maybe your kids do. Maybe it's late and it's hard to find another restaurant that's open or will serve tourists. McDonald's has you covered. They'll serve anyone, are open 24-hours, and are consistent (usually) in their quality and flavor.

Read moreThe only McDonald I visited in Okinawa capital city Naha and the first time I tried double Big Mac. I’ve never seen a burgers like they offer so I had to try at least the notorious Big Mac in the double sized portion and it was amazing for a reasonable price also.
We also tried the double teriyaki samurai burger from the special Japanese samurai menu and that one was also bussin.
If you are foreigner go and try the Japanese McDonald’s specials , you won’t regret giving them a try and you probably won’t have the opportunity to try the teriyaki burgers...
