For the benefit of non-Japanese speakers - you have to order a “course” - either the ‘shooting course’ which gives you unlimited drinks and unlimited rounds with BB guns for two hours, or the ‘non-shooting course’ for which you are limited to the former for the same amount of time. Any prices that are indicated on the Japanese-only menu indicate “add-ons” - pay this much extra should you depart from the all-you-can-drink menu. No ala-carte orders!
Come early otherwise you’ll have to wait your turn at the BB ‘range’. The BB guns are a lark - great fun, no recoil, no cordite smell. Tip: choose the rifles (more BB ammo) and shoot the metal moving target (red target first!). BBs don’t make much of an impression on paper targets unlike ‘normal’ ammo - 9mm / 5.56mm etc. rounds, so metal targets are more satisfying as you get a sound report upon a hit. Try hitting all the moving targets after 5 highballs for max fun.

Read moreAn amazing experience. The entrance may be a bit hard to find but it's in the third floor of the building pinned on Google Maps. For 3000 Yen, you can have a two hour experience of all you can drink (which includes Awamori which is an Okinawa sake) and unlimited shots with a selection of airsoft guns in the shooting range. There is a 200 Yen table charge and the staff only speak Japanese but they are very accommodating and I didn't need a reservation. For beginners, use the HK416 DEVGRU to practice. Truly a fun time and I can't...
