I had a disappointing experience with my family and kids at the restaurant. We booked a table, understanding we arrived late, so our local tour guide called to inform them of our delay, but they didnt remind us that after 30 minutes the reservation will be canceled.
When we arrived, the staff claimed they hadn’t received the call and requested a Japanese speaker to communicate with them. One staff member was particularly having a poker face, staring at us and seeming to discriminate against tourists. If he dislikes his job, he should consider finding a different one rather than being rude and unwelcoming.
We decided to take a ticket anyways, after waiting for 30 minutes, we have a table, but the overall service was very poor. Again, it’s okay that you don’t speak English, it’s about your attitude, all written on your face.
