This is a fantastic little ramen shop tucked away on a small side street. The staff are great people and extremely friendly. Best gyoza that I have had is from here.

They have many different types of ramen, even a yuzu flavored one, which is quite nice.

知人に「奈良のラーメンなら彩華ラーメン！」とお薦めされたので訪問しました。 夜に一人で来店しましたが、カウンター席が多く並ばずに着席できました。 人気店と聞いていましたが座敷含めて席数が多かったので混む時間でもそこまで待ち時間は長くならないのかなーと思いました。

彩華ラーメン小に煮卵とモモチャーシュートッピング、チャーハンを注文しましたが提供も早くてすぐに食べることが出来ました。

写真で見ると白菜たっぷりであっさりした感じかと思いましたが食べてみるとニンニクの香りがしっかりしていてガッツリした感じでした。 めちゃくちゃ腹減ってる時にまた食べたくなりそうな味でした… 天理の方に本店があるそうなので、またの機会に行ってみようと思います。

I visited because my acquaintance recommended me "Saika Ramen for Nara Ramen!" I came to the store alone at night, but I was able to take a seat without having many counter seats lined up. I heard that it is a popular restaurant, but since there were many seats including the tatami room, I wondered if the waiting time would not be that long even during busy hours. I ordered boiled eggs, peach pork toppings, and fried rice for Saika Ramen small, but the serving was quick and I was able to eat it immediately. Looking at the photo, I thought it was a light feeling with plenty of Chinese cabbage, but when I tried it, the scent of garlic was strong and it felt like it was tight. 奈良の名物といえば、やっぱり「彩華ラーメン」！地元の人には「サイカラーメン」として親しまれており、ピリッとした辛さとにんにくのパンチが効いた、唯一無二の味わいが特徴です。辛いラーメンと言っても、ただ辛いだけではなく、野菜の旨みと絶妙なスープのバランスで、くどさがまったくなく、スープを飲み干したくなるほど後を引く美味しさがあります。

見た目以上にボリュームもたっぷりで、たまに無性に食べたくなる中毒性のある一杯。奈良に立ち寄った際には、並ぶことも覚悟のうえで訪れています。特に休日や夕食どきは行列必至ですが、それでも食べたくなる魅力があるんです。私自身、20年ほど前は本店に月に一度は通うほどハマっていましたが、最近ではアクセスのしやすさから奈良店を訪れることが多くなりました。

奈良店は店内が広く、座席もゆったりしていて落ち着ける雰囲気。子ども連れでも安心して利用できるのが嬉しいポイントです。時間帯によっては子ども向けにドリンクバーが無料で利用できるのも魅力のひとつ。さらに、子ども向けのメニューもあるので、大人も子どももみんなで一緒に楽しめます。辛いのが苦手な方でも、マイルドな味付けに調整することも可能なので安心です。
