I was just walkin around, minding my own business ( avoiding being bullied by deer and tourists), and all of a sudden, a hunger emerged during my gallivants. I stumbled onto this place, and I was greeted my a kind man who brought us in quickly. My goodness it was delicious! Best vegetables I have had since getting to Japan. The service, atmosphere, and the food was amazing. Just about fully vegetarian, completely pescitarian! Love the little setups they have for you, I wish more of these pickly delicacies existed! That said, the veggies consisted mainly of Napa cabbage, daikon, pickles, cucumbers, spinach. Each veggie has its own unique flavor which was nice. Bonus that you can make your own red bean paste treat at the end!
