McDonald's — Restaurant in Narita

This is a mac caffe, a little bit different shop style than ordinary Macdonald, looking fancy place however , staff was shortage and most of tables were not ready to use.. I were there with my family but no table available for 5 people. I was looking for tables for a while then finally shop staff came to clean tables for us but in fact it wasn't so clean... finally, when I put away trash, trash bin area was quite dirty. The staff is always kind of rude. Not friendly or accommodating at all. They put our coffee in a glass we politely asked to be put in a plastic cup they refused. So I demanded they change them. They came back with new coffees. With the plastic they have lids and with having 2 kids that is...
