Kourakuen — Restaurant in Nasushiobara

I believe the taste should be OK as this shop is surviving ramen chain. But quality of the servicing seems to be depending on the staff and it is low here. When I came in the shop no one care to me, no direction to the table so I went nearest table. No welcome announce as well. They didn’t like me. I ordered three different dishes, I was hungry, but dishes were served as piecemeal manner so first dish gyoza was well cooled and last ramen was very hot. When I check out at the cashier I have to wait more than 30 seconds although staff was standing only 1.5 m away of me. So finally I have to call him to do their job. 久しぶりに感動する接客のお店でした。 ゴールデンウィークの真っ只中、ひっきりなしに次から次へお客様が入ってきている中、忙しい顔ひとつせずに、無駄なく動き、笑顔の対応。 いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございます、少々お待ちくださいとの掛け声、働くみんな、息の揃った連携で、次から次へと料理が作られ、提供され、片付け、そして、洗い物の山。 少しの空き時間も無駄にしない洗い物の片付け。

こんなに感動する接客は、久しぶりです。 もちろん料理も安定したお味で美味しくいただきました。
