地元の様々な飲食店のオーナーに古町のBarに行くならと奨められてやって来ました。 入店からまるで一流のホテルバーの様に椅子を引いて頂いたり、テキパキとした中にフレンドリーな接客も素晴らしい！ お値段はお安くは無いけど明朗会計で、この日のテーブルチャージ兼チャームは紅マドンナのオレンジ、生ハム、チーズの盛合わせ1400円でどれも美味しかったです。 季節のカクテル苺とシャンパンのカクテルは1600円、珍しい新潟県村上市のグレーンウイスキー専門のクラフトウイスキー吉田電材蒸留所のウイスキーは無熟成か１年熟成で、熟成ものは59度で若干荒々しいけど甘みも有ってモルトウイスキーとBLENDしたらどうなるのか楽しみなウイスキーですね。 色々なバーで頼むけど最後はカクテルでホワイトレディを頼んで、バーテンダーさんの所作も味わいも素晴らしかったです！ サービス、品揃え、技術すべてに高いレベルに有り最高でした！
