Near Station. Access at Level 2 by staircase. Got big promotion poster of cafe before entering. Great breakfast deal before 11am egg sandwich and a coffee @ 600yen. Delicious Sandwich and Hot “wake-me-up” Black Coffee. Warm and friendly service with smile. They are accommodating and do cater to non-speaking Japanese customers with limited English to help you complete your order. Pleasant environment for the day with Electric Wall Plug at each table at Sofa Seats to cater to Remote working with Free WiFi. Easy access cafe for you and friends to take a break before the hustle...

I tried to order an egg sandwich and a banana smoothie. They were out of both. The cashier recommended the cheese balls. I asked him what else was out of stock- it turned out the cheese balls were out of stock. I ordered fries with ketchup (double checked they had ketchup). The cashier told the kitchen and started ringing up my order, then told me they actually didn’t have any ketchup. I ended up going somewhere else. It’s not a very big menu so when half of the items are unavailable it doesn’t leave much. Also, the staff seem a little unclear on what is available...

We had a very nice experience in this cozy café in Niigata. The personnel was very polite and patient and the food was presented just like the pictures on the menu!

Although, we ordered a strawberry yoghurt dish and in the end we got a Melon yoghurt dish. The reason was, due to it being Melon season. Which was no issue because it was delicious never the less, but a thing to note beforehand.

Aside from your delicious foods, it was a joy visiting your coffee shop because of them! I can’t wait for my next visit when I’m in Niigata.

Stopped here after drinking nearby bars. The Kakigori was excellent. Ice were shaven so fine, the coldness was much milder for some reason. I usually get grain freeze from eating kakigori but I didn’t get one from this one. They have light food, other sweets such as tapioca drinks or paffet, etc. I would like to try other flavors of kakigori next time.

I usually get grain freeze from eating kakigori but I didn’t get one from this one. They have light food, other sweets such as tapioca drinks or paffet, etc. I would like to try other flavors of kakigori next time.
