Home style Italian restaurant in Niigata city. Location is not in the central city, you’re going to need a car to get there. (You need DD). It is spacious and homey decor with red checkerboard table cloth. Equipped with huge wood burning oven. Good pizza, the crust is a tad bit too soft, maybe from the tomato sauce but overall good. Quit warm and nice atmosphere and the server was very knowledgeable for food and wine in Italy. I would like to try their pizza next time since it seems they have the pistachio pasta sauce one that I had and really liked in...

Pasta is too hard and under cook. Pizza is very salty. Dessert is just whipped cream and put some gelatin to make it hard. The only good and tasty is the melon that they put on the side with...

もっと早くに訪れていれば良かったと後悔です。 ランチメニューをお願いしたのですが前菜に生ハムやチーズの入った野菜サラダにフォカッチャ、メインにピザかパスタをメニューから選べ、デザート、飲み物(今回夫婦でハーブティーを選択)が付いて安いくらいの満足度MAX。 店内の装飾、雰囲気、カンツォーネ？イタリアン🇮🇹です。 入口脇には人が入れる大きなワインセラー、そして銅板で囲まれた薪窯、そこで焼かれた大きなピザ(クワトロフォルマッジ）、生地はやや薄めですがモッチモチでゴルゴンゾーラ等などが、添えられた蜂蜜を掛けると絶妙！とっても旨い！！ アルデンテに仕上げられたアマトリチャーナはベーコンや野菜達と良い絡み合いを果たしています。 (ご配慮で取り分けて頂いたパスタの写真を撮り忘れて食べちゃいました🙇) 女性のソムリエさん？気配り最高！出すタイミングやお客様の困っていそうな事を察して直ぐに登場。 オープンキッチン風の厨房はシェフやスタッフさん達のイタリア単語が飛び交い賑やかです。雰囲気最高！😊 美味しかったです。また近く訪れます。 ※次に伺った際も食欲に負けて写真撮り忘れました😅💦
