Cute bakery under the bullet train tracks. This bakery has a little bit of everything. I tried the bakery’s take on the croquet monsieur egg salad sandwich. In one word, decadent. The bread was almost like a brioche but somehow even richer and eggier. The egg salad itself was minced well and super flavorful, and there was a lot of it on the sandwich, so I felt very satisfied after eating it. I also tried the roasted chestnut sweet bean jam bun, and there was a ton of jam inside the roll which had an excellent soft, chewy texture. The final bread I sampled was the chocolate chunk scone, and I loved the amount of chocolate in the scone! It was perfect heated up with a cup of iced coffee! The scone was also a hint crumbly but held together well, and had a hint of sweetness to it. Loved every bite. The prices are all reasonable, and the staff is friendly...

隣のコンビニでパンを買うくらいなら、すぐ隣のこちらのパン屋さんへ是非行ってほしい。個人的には、圧勝で新潟ナンバーワンのパン屋さん。雑誌に載らないのが謎すぎるくらいほんとに優しい味で柔らかくフワフワで美味しい。良い意味で分かりやすく言うと、外の皮を感じないくらいフワフワなパン屋さん。

月に何回も通ってしまいます。価格設定が安すぎるくらいです、こんなに美味しいんだからもっと高くても良いのでは？！こんなに安いのでいいの？！と思います。
