Pizzeria da Ruffo has the best food and the best environment! My lady and I have tried multiple Italian restaurants on our outings in Japan and no other place compares! The people who operate this establishment are absolutely wonderful! We feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment we walk in the door until the moment we leave. Seriously, their hospitality is incredible and something you don't find many other places. The food is undeniably delicious, fresh, and prepared with passion. A wonderful place for pizza! It's the real deal, and good quality. If you have a hankering for pizza while in Niigata, this is the place to come. The staff are all super friendly, came and had a chat and were very kind to our kids as well. It was also helpful that they open at 5 for dinner.
