Ordered the Pork Loin Tonkatsu set meal (1700¥) which came with rice, pickled vegetables, salad and miso soup. The portions were very generous and presented very cleanly. Tonkatsu was cooked amazingly with a perfect crispy texture. Veggies were fresh and crunchy and were a good balance to the meat. The husband and wife were very welcoming and attentive and the facilities were very clean. I came on a quiet Saturday in the afternoon being the only one, but it was a very relaxed atmosphere. There is no English menu so I had to use google translate. Overall very satisfied with my visit here and would recommend if you want to get your tonkatsu fix.

A nice local restaurant run by an old couple. I arrived later in the evening (19:00), and my hirekatsu curry dinner was made to order, so the food was very hot and fresh. My Japanese isn't the best, and they don't really speak English, but we still managed a nice conversation. You get tea and water with your meal, and the TV was on while I was there, so I could catch a glimpse of...
