Most Premium Breakfast Ever for me. The Taste. The Flavour. The Ambience. The Service. Its absolutely perfect and fitting for a Great Morning Feel. Food and Seating will need Reservation Arrangement. As the setup is small for better service focus. Parking Location will be opposite the restuarant. What Sparkles my Heart is the crystal glistering Rice. Finish a pot as it is really good! 2022.8.27(土)8:30 家族で日光を旅することを決めた時に、是非こちらで朝食を食べたいと思い、あらかじめ予約して伺いました。お座敷は畳の上にテーブルと椅子を置いたスタイルですので、立ったり座ったりが大変な高齢の方も食事しやすいと思います。お店の方の対応は、出迎えの挨拶から給仕、見送りの挨拶まで、全てホスピタリティに溢れていて、心地良く食事を楽しむ事ができました。食事は、地元の食材を中心に優しい味付けで丁寧に作られています。予約時に小学生の子供がいることを伝えたところ子供向けの膳を用意してくれました。ご飯は、ゆうだい21号という宇都宮大学が育成したお米を土鍋で炊いたものでした。お店の方が土鍋の蓋を開けて見せてくれましたが、お米一粒一粒がツヤツヤ輝き立っていて、それだけで美味しさが伝わってきました。一人一合あったので、炊き立てのご飯を満喫できました。落ち着いた雰囲気の中で充実した料理をゆっくり時間をかけて味わう、本当の意味で贅沢な朝食を頂くことができました。
