Yuba cafe Hazuki — Restaurant in Nikko

I was thrilled to discover this café, where I had the chance to taste Nikko's specialty—yuba.

After exploring the nearby Nikko temples, which are just a 5-minute walk away, I found this fantastic spot offering a diverse set menu featuring yuba prepared in various ways.

The food arrived quickly and was not only delicious but also intriguing, as it was my first time trying yuba.

Was actually headed for a different spot but it was closed so headed here, so glad we did! Delicious food, the best yuba soup I've ever had! These guys know what they're doing for sure. Went with my little boy and partner and Thu we're very friendly and Ben answered all my questions about what things were (there was a particular pickle my partner really loved for instance)....
