I LOVE A-1 bakery! First went here on a trip to Akita (I live in Mie) 4 years ago. Was absolutely delighted to go back in December 2024 and see tht just about nothing has changed. From the look of the building, it looks like nothing has changed in over 50 years! That’s a GOOD thing. All of their items are fantastic and stunningly cheap. A special shout-out to the “Banana Boat”. It’s huge and slightly more expensive than other items at ¥220… but there’s a good reason. It isn’t just banana cream in there; there’s an *entire banana* inside (peeled, of course). Top quality, low prices, nice people. You really should go here.

ずっと前から気になってたお店です。もう雰囲気からして昭和のレトロ感が満載ですが、お店に入るとお母さんが接客してくれました。奥にはご主人の姿も、きっとパン職人さんなのかな？このご時世にパン1つが100円をきります。相当な努力をされていることと思います。すべて美味しかったのですが、特にあんドーナツは優しい甘さで、こどもたちにも大人気でした。いつまでも頑張って欲しいお店のひとつです。

建物もパンもスーパーレトロ。私が生まれる前からありますが、知っている限り昔と全く変わりません。 手作り感たっぷりの甘いアンドーナツ、モソモソでほのかに甘い味噌パン、謎のネーミング・いちごシャーベット。ロシアだかシベリアだかフランスだかの洋菓子類や小さくて可愛い菓子パン、スパゲティパンなどの調理パンもありますが、どれも一様に昭和感溢れる、どこか懐かしい仕上がりです。それらを陳列する棚もまたレトロで渋い！ 私はたまに会社帰りに寄って大人買いする方ですが、店内には椅子と小さなテーブルがあるのでイートイン的な使い方も出来るのでしょうか？ 昭和レトロにどっ...
