Stopped in after a soccer match to try some new ramen and it was not a mistake. The chicken broth was quite tasty and the chicken karage was cooked almost to perfection. The staff was friendly. When you enter you must order from the ticket machine and then give the tickets to the staff once you sit down. There is no English so if you any read Japanese use google translate. Definitely worth a try if in the area, will bring rest of family in the future.

⬛︎追記:8/13 二度目の訪問 つけ麺の、濃湯　ルータンと、おじや飯を頂きました。 4点盛りにしたのですが、味玉が売り切れていたようで。鶏チャーシューにしてもらいました。 つけ麺ですが、そこまでしょっぱくはなく、鶏の旨味もしっかり感じます。 麺は全粒粉入りなのか、粒々マーブル模様のような見た目でした、全粒粉入りだったら嬉しいですね。 スープに鶏そぼろのような物が入っていて、小刻みに味の濃淡が変わるので良い感じでアクセントになります。 これはおじや飯に載っている具材と同じ物かと思われますが、甘みがありとても美味しいです。 おじや飯は、ご飯に鶏そぼろと生タマネギのみじん切りが乗っていて、スープをかけて食べるおじやです。生タマネギが加わると燕三条系のような風味になり、これまた美味しいですが、しばらく香りが口に残るので、人と会う方や、苦手な方は抜いてもらった方が良いかもしれませんね。 個人的な好みですが、鶏角煮の生姜のような香りが、少しラーメンの美味しさを邪魔しているような気がするので、この生姜っぽい香りが無い方が、美味しそうだな〜と思いながら食べています。 あとは完璧ですね。 お連れさんは、清湯でおじや飯をやっていましたが、そちらも、とても美味しかったそうです。 相変わらず美味しくて、接客の感じも良く、気持ち良いランチタイムを過ごせました。 繁盛するのも納得です。 ご馳走様でした。 ⬛︎初訪問 あっさり清湯のトッピング無しと、こってり白湯の4点トッピングを頂きました。 初めての方は清湯をオススメします。 丁寧に素材と向き合ってるんだろうなという感じが伝わって来ます。 大人の味なので、家系とか二郎とか、G麺系が好きな方には、あまりウケないかもしれません。 清湯は、鶏の旨味をしっかり感じる事が出来、麺の美味しさも感じられます。味が消えちゃうかなと思いながら、最後に少しだけニンニクを入れても、素材の味は薄れますが、キャラがガラッと変わって美味しかったです。 白湯は、見た目は少し重そうですが、脂がしつこいわけでもなく、スープの味もそれほど濃くないので、わりとサラッと食べられます。 こちらは胡椒少しだけがベストでした、後半に、卓上の食べラー？のような物や、ニンニクを少しだけ入れてみたのですが、味がボンヤリしてしまいました。そのままで充分美味しいです。 鳥の唐揚げの5個入りも購入、１つは揚げたてを頂き、あとはテイクアウトさせてもらいました。唐揚げも味付けはアッサリめです。 さすがにラーメン2杯食べたらお腹いっぱいになりましたw 店員さんの感じも良くて、気持ち良いランチタイムを過ごせました。 次はつけ麺か、辛い紅湯を食べてみます。 ご馳走様でした。

This tasty restaurant is somewhat hidden in the back alleys so it's mostly frequented by locals. However, their soup is very good and definitely worth the visit if you are in Numazu. I had the white soup and it had just the right richness without being too oily. I'll definitely be back for more. It can get quite crowded and a bit warm during the summer though.
