Numazu Konshinya — Restaurant in Numazu

This place will forever be my favorite ramen place I've ever been to! You order on the machine before you sit down, but they have pictures for the popular stuff (if you don't read Japanese like us) so we went with their pork ramen. The #1 is yummmmyyyyy! They ask how you want it made. How much oil, how strong of flavor, etc. Their condiments at the tables allow you to tweak the taste and I added a little bit of minced garlic. Oh my goodness. Ordered their 631 ramen. The broth is thick and creamy. The pork is abit fat but it is very well done. You can request the level of cookness of your noodle, oil level of your broth and how thick you want your broth to be. Well, since I can't read Japanese, I selected normal for everything. But of I am going again next time, I will choose light as it is too salty of my liking....

Best Ramen I have had in Japan in my opinion. The store is a chain Ramen shop so there are located in other places. I went to the Numazu branch and ordered a pork bone (豚骨) based ramen.
