Ordered the ramen on the poster which was a beef broth based spicy ramen. Because I don't speak Japanese, I didn't specify the spiciness level I wanted so I'm guessing they gave me moderate spicy because it was spicy but not spicy enough for me. The ramen came in a huge bowl with generous amounts of beansprouts, two halves of an egg which was perfectly done, and two meaty chunks of beef (rib I think). There is kimchi on the counter you can help yourself to. The couple beside me had gyozas and those looked and smelt delicious! However, the ramen was pretty average...

JR沼津駅より徒歩3分のラーメン店、 「太龍 沼津北口店」さん。 御殿場に本店を構え、静岡県内で5店舗を展開。 同店はその沼津北口店となります。 深夜まで営業しているため、締めのラーメンとして 訪れる方が多く、日付を変わるころでも店内は大盛況！ 15分ほど待ったのち、カウンターへ。 注文したのは、太龍ラーメンの味噌辛口。 それにバタートッピングでお願いしました。 なお、ラーメンは味噌・醤油・塩から選べて、 辛さも控えめから激辛までカスタマイズが可能です。 スープは牛骨のみで作り上げた特製スープをベースに したもので、牛のコクがしっかりで美味いですね！ 辛口ではありますがそこまで辛くはないです。 トッピングでお願いしたバターがスープにコクを プラスし、さらに美味しいスープに変身します。 麺は自家製麺で、もちもちとした太麺タイプ。 もっちりとしているこの麺がスープとしっかり絡んで これまた美味いのです。 具材はもやし、白髪ネギ、牛肉の塊、味玉、なると。 辛いタレで和えたたっぷりのもやしが美味いんだなぁ。 煮込まれた牛肉の塊はホロホロ柔らかくて美味！ 深夜のラーメンに背徳感を覚えつつ、スープまでしっかりと完飲・完食。 ごちそうさまでした！とても美味しかったです。
