Masuichi-Ichimura Sake Brewery — Restaurant in Obuse

It was a wonderful place to taste sake, we were the only customers here at that time. This place produces sake brewed in wooden vats that is unavailable at ordinary retail shops. The brewery's numerous brands are available for drinking at a bar counter. Sake tasting is quite cheap for a 60ml shot, around ¥200-350 for each shot depending on the quality of the sake chosen.
