本日、モバイルオーダーでとても不愉快な思いをしました。 指定時間の5分前に到着し、アプリで「店舗に到着」ボタンを押し、画面の指示どおり受け渡しカウンター付近で待機。しかし10分、20分経っても番号が呼ばれず、店頭注文やドライブスルーのお客さんがどんどん先に提供されていきました。結局40分経ったところで、店員さんから「モバイルオーダーはカウンターで受付が必要」と告げられました。 しかしアプリにも店内にも、そのような案内は一切なく、待つしかないと思って時間を無駄にしてしまいました。休日の40分をただ立って待つのは非常に残念でした。 同じ内容の不満が2年前のレビューにも書かれていましたが、改善されていないのは大きな問題だと思います。せめてモニター横に「モバイルオーダーは店内受付が必要」と表示してほしいです。この投稿をご覧になったスタッフの方はぜひマネージャーに報告し、改善を検討して...
