1st floor is general Vietnamese products store. You can find and buy pretty much everything here. 2nd floor is Karaoke. Room is really spacious, no problems at all with sound equipments and the seats are very comfortable. Lighting is very heavy with disco ball, wall and stage lights, so you might want to be careful if you have epilepsy. Vietnamese cuisine specialty restaurant on 3rd floor.
