I went here on Friday afternoon. This place held tour until 4 pm so I came just in time for the last tour. We explored the facility such as the packaging factory from outside, the museum like building where they had mementos and diorama from the past, and the storehouse where the miso is being fermented. Didn’t understand a word of what the guide was saying (I don’t speak or understand Japanese), but there were a few signboards with English words and well, was heavily dependent on Google Translate for the rest.
