バーテンダーマスターのこだわりが細部まで感じるお店。 沖縄一番じゃないでしょうか。 カクテルをお任せでお願いしたら、大きなボールに次々とフルーツを入れてくれて、最後に大きなタンク？（液体窒素）から液体を入れると煙に包まれてカクテル完成！ 何だなんだなんだ？！っとサプライズの連続。 液体窒素を使ってできたカクテルは、フルーツたっぷりのパフェのよう。味と斬新さを追求した結果映えを狙わずとして、映えメニューになってる感じ。 スプーンで食べるカクテル。見たことない。 フルーツの種類によって、味のバランスを考えて、細かくカットしたり、そのまま入れたりと、プロの仕事を感じます。 美味しかったし、マスターとの話もすごく勉強になりました。 伺った時は、台風６号の影響で、エアコンが壊れてしまったそうで、自然の風と扇風機での店内でした。修理には部品の関係ですぐには修理できないそうなのですが、温度は快適です。 マスター的には、氷が溶けるスピードが早いので、バーテンダーとしては量の調整をする等、それにも対応していかないととそんな環境でもプロとしてのこだわりとお客様への満足度を追求される姿は、かっこよかったです！通いたいお店が増えました。

The place itself is small, cozy and relaxing. The drinks were good too. I marked it low because the bartender was not the friendliest and the drinks were overpriced. I paid ¥1500 for a virgin blended drink. There was no menu to view some of the specialty drinks and the bartender couldn't identify pictures of the drinks that were posted online. Also, he was a little rude to my friend. There was a piano at the front as soon as you walk in. My friend plays the piano and proceeded to play a little tune. No signs posted to not touch. The bartender never said hello or anything to greet us. He did however say without a wince , "Don't touch!" No foul if the establishment prefers for customers to not play on the piano but then maybe put a sign up and be nicer about it. I won't go back and I...
