Domino's Awase — Restaurant in Okinawa

My boyfriend ordered about ¥4000 worth of food through their website at around 11pm and the order went through. The site and google both say that the store closes at 12AM. The site had a wait time and it gave us an option to track the delivery person but it never delivered. We contacted the store but no one picked up. My boyfriend drove to the store at around 12AM to pick the order up but it was already closed. We never got the food. I called the next day to get our money back and they said that all orders all automatically canceled after an hour if not accepted but we never got a confirmation. I love Pizza Parco, but they aren’t available in my area for Uber Eats, so we took a chance on Dominoes again even though last time it wasn’t that great. Got their supposed popular American pizza which was just pepperoni pizza and we got the meat lovers, which turned out to be a variety of stuff on our pizza and not a whole lot of meat. Placed an order online to be picked up at the store. Went to the store when the app said pizza was ready for pickup. Pizza was not ready. They charged the card. Staff will not explain what is happening. Been waiting 15 minutes for the order and still no food and no explanation.

Finally they got back to us and said they burned the pizza and have to make a new one. Waited another 10 minutes. No refunds. Finally got the pizza. Tastes undercooked and overly salty. Just tastes really off. Not worth the price and the wait at all. I do not recommend. Go on...
