The food was good and the place is nice but the service was bad and unwelcoming. We came for a late lunch and had to wait 20 minutes with other visitors because they didn't have cleared tables. We had to wait outside at a table in the sun where it was 39 degrees and when I asked if it was possible to order a drink outside, it was not possible... after the meal we ordered more beers via the tablet at the table and we heard that the staff registered it , but it was 30 minutes before closing so we didn't get anything? but extra beers were on the bill? when we announced that we would not pay for beer, they were surprised. This is not how the staff should behave and the restaurant is losing money...

The service was friendly and prompt, the food was grand - the soba particularly, the broth was amazing - and there was a lass on stage playing trad folk songs on a Sanshin.
