Sanshinnohana — Restaurant in Onna

Do not go here. We passed by this place while going to a different restaurant the other day and the outside look nice so we decided to go another day. The first thing that was wrong was that they didn't offer us a child seat even though we had two children. There was one waitress who was there who served us but she had an attitude the whole time especially when I was speaking to her. I speak fluent Japanese. She would hand things to me without saying anything. If I knew that waitress's name I would put her on blast on this review. The food was subpar. The pork was dry and I could hardly chew through it. If you are staying near this restaurant I suggest that you go to a different one, such as ryukyutei. They don't offer any rides to and from the restaurant but I think that's a sign of their quality. We went there to see the performance but it was restricted to 4 tables indoors while another 10 tables outdoors did not get to see the face of the performer. He could have turned once to greet (aisatsu). Music is fun and love but when you just get on with it to put a few bugs in your pocket you break all the atmosphere around. I managed to take a shoot of the performer from behind but the access to the inside was blocked. I could talk about the food and give it 2 extra stars. Awful food and service. Ordered expensive Wagyu steak (2400 yen), had to be the chewiest and perhaps worst steak I've had in my life. After that comes the surprise table charge... no information at all about this, 750 yen per person. I asked what it was for and the cashier (who couldn't speak English) just opened a pamphlet and showed me some pictures of nice Japanese chopstick layouts and stuff... I don't know what that had to do with it, what we got was stacked plates and shuffled chopsticks on top. To avoid ruining the evening I just paid and left, but certainly recommend...
