這次點的是 11,000以及 10,000日元的套餐。 首先必須稱讚食材真的很棒,從肉品可以做刺身就知道是非常新鮮的。 每一道肉品的油花也是非常均勻漂亮,完全不膩口。這才是我認知中的「好肉」,在台灣這個價格在根本吃不到這種等級的肉,多的是打著和牛實際只是超油牛的店家。

接下來就是負評的部分,請聽我娓娓道來:

本次用餐時間是晚上八點,應該是坐滿的,服務生基本上完全找不到人,從點餐開始就只給平板要我們自己點。

我們五個人分別點了2種套餐(11,000以及 10,000日元)的,店員送肉品上來,完全不介紹現在是哪道肉品,而且也不分套餐,基本上是讓我們隨機拿。

座位很擠,五個人分兩個烤爐;桌面非常擠,送肉品會突然連續上兩三道(五人份的,也就是會突然增加10~15個盤子),桌上擺滿盤子,沒有人手幫忙收,擠到爆炸。

自己收桌面盤子的話要注意,不要拿烤爐附近的盤子,會燙到。厚陶盤會默默吸熱,超級超級燙,應該有兩三百度,我燙到三隻手指都起水泡。

結論: 最好有人會講日文,服務生不會講英文,也不像在本島會硬要講日文服務,基本上呈現擺爛不服務外國人的狀態 如果沒有人會日文,建議整桌人都點一樣套餐,或是講好分著吃。

We ordered the 11,000 yen and 10,000 yen set meals this time.

First, I must praise the ingredients, which were truly excellent. You can tell how fresh the meat was since it could even be served as sashimi. The marbling of the meat in every dish was also very even and beautiful, without being too greasy. This is what I consider to be "high-quality meat." In Taiwan, you simply can't get this level of quality at this price, as many places advertise wagyu but actually serve overly fatty beef.

Now, for the negative aspects—please allow me to elaborate:

Our dining time was 8 p.m., and the restaurant was likely fully seated. It was nearly impossible to find a server. From the moment we arrived, we were only given a tablet to order ourselves.

The five of us ordered two different sets (11,000 yen and 10,000 yen). When the staff brought the meat, they didn’t introduce which type of meat was being served, nor did they separate the sets. Essentially, we had to pick randomly.

The seating was cramped—five people sharing two grills. The table was also very crowded. At one point, they brought out two or three courses in quick succession (since it was five servings, there were suddenly 10-15 plates on the table), but no one helped clear the dishes, and it was extremely overcrowded.

If you clear the dishes yourself, be careful not to touch the plates near the grill as they can burn you. The thick ceramic plates absorb heat silently and get extremely hot, probably over 200-300 degrees Celsius. I burned three fingers and got blisters.

Conclusion:

It’s best if someone in your group can speak Japanese. The staff doesn't speak English, and unlike on the main island, they won’t attempt to communicate in Japanese—they pretty much just ignore foreign customers. If no one speaks Japanese, I suggest ordering the same set for the whole table, or at least deciding in advance how to share the...

We recently dined at this incredible yakiniku restaurant in Okinawa, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The star of the show, however, was undoubtedly the wagyu beef—hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Each cut was perfectly marble was mouth watering.

We visited to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but due to an hour-long drive, we arrived 15 minutes late. Initially, the receptionist informed us that our reservation had been canceled, which was understandably disappointing. However, the manager, Mr. 内閒san, the manager, stepped in and was an absolute gem. He kindly acknowledged our situation, showing remarkable professionalism and empathy, and ensured we were seated despite our tardiness. I recently had the pleasure of dining at here, and I can't recommend it enough! The quality of the food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. The prices are quite reasonable considering the high standards. One thing to note is that reservations are a must; the place is usually packed, and we made ours about a month in advance. The seating arrangement is impressive, providing ample space for each party—whether it's a table for two or a larger group. This setup creates a lovely sense of privacy and coziness. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each dish and the various types of meat with clear descriptions in our language. This attention to detail added to the overall high-class experience. Additionally, there's dedicated parking available for restaurant guests, which is a huge plus. Overall, dining at here was worth every moment. I can't wait to return!

Great service with friendly staff along with great food that will highlight your trip and day. The private booths mean you can enjoy your dinner with ample privacy although you should remember to observe usual Japanese etiquette not to talk too loud as the partitions between booths are rather slim. Staff are friendly and will advise and guide you every time a dish was served and how to cook them, very welcoming and approachable. Food quality was great, as you will be treated with high quality beef/pork/chicken Okinawa has to offer, whilst you get to cook it with a high quality personal stove, not one that you will typically find in ur daily yakiniku adventures. The milk pudding at the end presented a refreshing conclusion to an otherwise memorable 2 hrs of mouth water high quality meat. I'll recommend and look forward to come again.

Great service with friendly staff along with great food that will highlight your trip and day. The private booths mean you can enjoy your dinner with ample privacy although you should remember to observe usual Japanese etiquette not to talk too loud as the partitions between booths are rather slim. Staff are friendly and will advise and guide you every time a dish was served and how to cook them, very welcoming and approachable. Food quality was great, as you will be treated with high quality beef/pork/chicken Okinawa has to offer, whilst you get to cook it with a high quality personal stove, not one that you will typically find in ur daily yakiniku adventures. The milk pudding at the end presented a refreshing conclusion to an otherwise memorable 2 hrs of mouth water high quality meat. I'll recommend and look forward to come again.
