Counter seating is for omakase. There was table seating as well.
Food is good but not outstanding or exceptional but certainly very interesting and presented beautifully.
A Plate of 5 amouse bouche: Egg plant was smoked Conger eel was ok Konjac was really interesting, cucumber and prawn was average The egg custard with snow crab and caviar on the top was nice The sea bream was fishy and not that great.
The soup of shimeji mushrooms with a price of sea bream - soup was very subtle and the sea bream was perfectly cooked

The whelk shellfish with sea grapes was interesting- the sea grapes is also Okinawa sea weed.
The wagyu beer came with a hot stone -3 pieces of 10-15 grams each with miso sauce. Small portion of rice and miso soup with nameko mushroom which was excellent.

They offer other types of mixed menus as well. Follow me @takemeeating on insta...
