Coyote — Restaurant in Onomichi

Limited choice of three kinds of curry, but a nice cozy space and one of the very few places in Onomichi with a vegetarian and even vegan (!) main dish option.

Tasty vegan, plant-based dahl curry in a cute, tiny & friendly little shop along the main Hondori shopping street. Vegetarian version is topped with yoghurt but base is the same. I also had the setouchi hot lemon drink using local citrus. It's possible to get a set drink of hit/cold coffee, orange juice or plain lassie for only 150 yen added to your main dish price...

We went here two times while staying in Onomichi because how good the food was and how cozy the atmosphere was. Small, warm café with delicious curry and soothing lassi drinks.
