カプリス — Restaurant in Osaka

Came here for dinner with family, having found it thru Google. Chef didn’t speak Japanese and fortunately a customer was around who did who helped to translate.

Amazing food you wouldn't expect in a neighbourhood restaurant.

I had the B menu and it was so much food. Started with cheese quiche, then foie gras terrine and fugu milt in butter which melted in the mouth. Followed by sweet sea bream and Sendai roast beef. Unbelievable taste and texture.

My wife had bluefin tuna rillet and the beef loin. Another amazing piece of beef.

One of the best beef we’ve both had. Chef chose the burgundy wine for us which went very well with the beef.

Had an assortment of dessert and my wife asked the chef to choose for her. All made by the chef himself, including the bread at the start. He cooked and he served.

Highly recommended if you are around...

Only 2 tables. Foie gras, fish, scallops, sweet chestnut tart, everything great. The chef takes the order, cooks, serves the dishes and the beverages and does it extremely well....

お店は長い期間されているようですが，口コミは少なく普通に探してもなかなか出会えないお店

シェフ一人で切り盛りされていますが，フレッシュフォアグラやハトにレアで食べられる仔羊肉などの食材の仕入れに

ワインの種類も尋常でなく1本100万超えのボトルワインまで扱っているという

東三国にしてとんでもない仕入れの強さを誇っています

特にワインは良いものをほぼ利益を乗せずにめちゃくちゃ安価で提供してくれているとのこと

ワインもお料理も色々頂いたんですが，最初から最後までどれも本当に美味しい

特にフレッシュフォアグラのテリーヌ 洋ネギのキッシュ デザートのババロア が最高でした！

キッシュはネギの香りに甘さ，トロトロの食感が素晴らしく，間違いなく過去1番の美味しさでした

ババロアも美味しすぎたの2カットテイクアウト

もちろんメインの魚と肉料理も美味しいです

仔羊をレアで食べられたり，ハトが出てくる店は他になかなかないと思います

ちょっと店内は年季が入り，物が多く雑然としていますが，東三国という立地も相まってとても良い味が出ています

出会えて嬉しい気持ちに...
