We hunted down a ramen spot using the ancient art of Google, and found this tiny noodle dojo with reviews hotter than wasabi on a sushi dare.

Small place, big flavor. I ordered the chicken ramen with extra noodles because carbs are my love language after a long day of walking, and let me tell you, it slapped harder than grandma's chancla.

Now, your boy here isn’t exactly a chopstick ninja, so I asked for a fork and spoon like the clumsy tourist that I am. Staff didn’t even blink—super friendly, super helpful, and we even shared a few giggles between slurps 🤭

Minor plot twist: people were puffing away like it was 1952. So, if smoke ain't your jam, keep that in mind. But honestly? Still worth it. Dropped about ¥1100, and it was so good I pulled a sequel and came back for round two. Big shoutout to the staff—you made the ramen experience...

Easy to find in side ally, entrance is well lit with a stylish wooden sliding door.

7-8 bar stools, great for a solo visit or dinner with a friend. One 4 person table.

Menus in both Japanese and English.

Toilets were available, but I didn't use them.

Relaxed atmosphere, TV playing news at end of counter.

Single chef, but he kept up with everyone's orders, and food came out in a timely manner.

We paid in cash, didn't ask about eftpos.

Great service with a smile,, after a long day of sightseeing, my wife and I wanted some good ramen before heading to the hotel, stop at this restaurant and we were so greatly surprised. We were welcome by the warmest lady and gentleman who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Since we do not speak Japanese we were provided with an English menu. It you are in town and in need of good ramen head here, just remember to bring cash, it is a cash only establishment. Will come back on...
