Gyoza no Ohsho - Kishinosato — Restaurant in Osaka

Recently, I visited Gyoza no Ohsho Kishinosato with a friend from my California days for lunch, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, perfect for a midday meal. We sat at the counter, which offered a great view of the bustling kitchen.

We started with the ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were generous. The karaage (fried chicken) was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making it a perfect companion to the ramen.

For the main course, we ordered the set meal (teishoku) which included Tianjin rice, a savory and satisfying dish with a silky egg topping. We also tried the yakisoba, which was another highlight with its well-balanced flavors and chewy noodles.

Overall, our lunch at Gyoza no Ohsho Kishinosato was thoroughly enjoyable. The variety of dishes, combined with the friendly atmosphere, made it a great spot for a casual and satisfying meal. I look forward to returning to try more items...

Don’t sleep on this franchise eatery or this particular location for that matter. Can get crowded during dinner hours but make sure you wait because it’s yummy as heck. Affordable Japanese style Chinese food with its own twist. Ramen and gyoza’s are a must. Also the sweet and sour pork is done right. The liver dish also very tasty and not too oily. Will come back for the take out window again. Servers are friendly and efficient and the master wok chef...

儘管「餃子の王将 (王將餃子)」已經來台開業近三年，但我倒是第一次品嘗！不論是台灣還是日本。

這家位於南海電鉄「天下茶屋駅(てんがちゃやえき)」街道旁， 店內提供類似 iPad 的自助點餐服務，MENU 有日文、中文、韓文、英文選項，也有推薦菜單 ( おすすめ メニュー)，採單會搭配「圖片」讓消費者一目了然，降低點錯餐點的機率。點餐完成後系統會自動送單到後台，國外觀光客也不需要擔心語言不通的問題！

今天單點一份餃子 (六顆) 含稅合計 ¥ 245，還有餃子セット 含稅合計 ¥ 977，套餐包含了「炸雞兩塊（鶏の唐揚)」、「蛋花湯 (玉子スープ)」 、炒飯 (チャーハン)；今天消費金額換算成台幣約 350，其實售價跟台灣沒有差太多呦。

餃子的麵皮口感酥脆略帶微焦，搭配著店家精心調製的內餡：豬肉、蔬菜、大蒜，調味適中得宜；口味吃重的人，可以善用桌邊的調味料：胡椒、辣椒醬、沙拉醬、醬油 ...自行添加風味。

炒飯、炸雞塊、蛋花湯就比較偏向家庭料理，喜不喜歡見仁見智，但個人覺得仍是具有一定的水準，除了招牌餃子外，店內當然也有其他品項可選擇，如鮮蔬熱炒、麵食、湯品 ~...
