The restaurant features a calming, wood-themed Japanese interior with a clean and relaxed atmosphere. A unique touch is the unlimited eggs and seaweed on the table, reflecting the restaurant's hospitality. Adding ginger soy sauce boosts the ginger flavor, while dipping noodles in egg creates a mellow sukiyaki-like taste.
The menu highlights include the "Ginger Chinese Soba" with aged soy sauce and ginger, "Shellfish Dashi Soba", and "Niboshi Mazesoba". Side dishes like grilled chashu rice bowls and seasoned karaage pair perfectly with fluffy riceðð€€ðŽ
The Special Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen combines rich chicken broth, aged soy sauce, and aromatic ginger oil, paired with whole-grain noodles for an exquisite balance. Adding an egg creates a milder, richer flavor. Don't miss this unique dining experience!

ãEnglish translationã
This ramen shop serves a delicious soup with a ginger kick, and itâs best enjoyed with white rice. Amazingly, you can eat as many eggs and seaweed as you like, making every bite enjoyable until the very end.
I ordered the aged soy sauce ginger ramen with a soft-boiled egg topping for 1,000 yen. Later, I added a bowl of white rice for 200 yen.
First of all, the ramen soup was really delicious! The rich chicken broth and the sweetness of the aged soy sauce paired perfectly, and the ginger flavor was strong and punchy. The rare char siu was also very tasty, and I recommend eating it before it cooks through.
There are various seasonings on the table for customizing your taste, and I especially liked the homemade ginger paste. Honestly, I could eat just that with rice! However, I personally preferred the soup with a bit of Sichuan pepper. And if I may suggest, I think adding butter might make this ramen even better!
I was worried I wouldnât be able to finish it all, but since I came all the way here, I went ahead and ordered the rice. I asked for a smaller portion, which turned out to be just right!
I used the free eggs to make a tamago kake gohan (rice topped with raw egg), and enjoyed changing up the flavors with the soup, seasonings, and seaweed. The seaweed dipped in the soup was especially good. This ramen really pairs well with rice!
Given its location in Juso, I think a light clam-based broth might be good after a night of drinking, but Iâll definitely be back to try more.
The shop is very clean, making it comfortable for women dining alone, though there were plenty of male customers as well. Definitely...

Chinese noodles: Nayuta's limited-time chicken white soup is exquisite!
"Chukasoba Nayuta" is located about a 2-minute walk from Juso Station.
In a spacious restaurant with counter seats and table seats, you can relax and enjoy your ramen.
The restaurant's signature dish is ginger Chinese noodles, but this time I had the limited-time chicken white soup.
The rich soup, which is packed with the flavor of chicken, has a truly exquisite taste that warms the body on cold days ð and replenishes stamina on hot days â!
It goes great with the noodles, and I finished it in no time! ð¯
Another attraction of this restaurant is the all-you-can-eat seaweed and raw eggs that you can enjoy with the ramen ð.
For me, seaweed is essential for ramen, so I'm really happy about this service âº
I visited after 2 p.m., but the restaurant was full, and it was overwhelmingly more popular than nearby restaurants. This is a limited time menu, so if you're interested,...
