QueRico/Bokkoku Taco — Restaurant in Osaka

Staff not Professional! Great restaurant chain concept and nice decoration and music playlist, Large Mexican beer selection and very good mexican food menu, let say that's a great concept and they have everything to be a good restaurant especially at this brand new and great location (Lucua Food court) but the kitchen staff is incompetent, we waited 15 to 20 min our tortillas but obviously they forgot the order then i requested it again to the waiter then they brought us the tortillas after less than 2 minutes but absolutely RAW and oily (disgusting), i asked to the service staff to bake it again right away so then after few minutes one of the kitchen staff popped up with his dirty apron to our table and "literally throw us" the plate of tortillas (still half baked on top of that) and went back to kitchen without a word of apology or anything... What a shame...that's actually too bad to see how wrong staffs can kill a...

Do not give this place your business! Their nachos tasted like stale left over chips that you reheated in the microwave at home. The waitress did confirm that it was put in the microwave when I asked her to take it away 90% uneaten. I also realized there was a mysterious charge of 440 yen per person when I reviewed the receipt after I got back to the hotel. It’s very shady business practice. Why not just increase your menu prices if you need the money to be profitable instead of trying to be sly and make customers feel like you’re scamming them?

The owner should be ashamed of the the way they’re serving the food and treating...

I've been to another shop.and it was great but recently.had a horrible experience at the Lucua shop. We ordered a full chicken and the plate was 70% empty. Nothing like the photos. The photos show good breast meat, large portions and it looks delicious. Instead we got some bad parts of the chicken, like just skin, 5 little pieces of cheese, spaced out over half the plate, minimal other toppings. Staff also messed up our drink order and acted bored. I was excited to take my friends there, a group of 8 people in total and was embarrassed with the service...
