Because Osaka Umeda is too much like a maze, I booked this hotel. After visiting Umeda, you can take the loop line one stop away. Fukushima Station has only one exit, and the hotel is diagonally opposite the exit, which is easy to find. Hanshin Electric Railway Fukushima Station and JR Shin-Fukushima Station have exits on the other side of this road, so you may need to walk two or three minutes back to the hotel. The location is good. If you are physically fit, you can walk to Umeda. The bus stop of Herbis Osaka is about ten minutes straight. It is very convenient to go to Kobe Outlets and the airport. From the hotel to Kansai Airport, the bus is strongly recommended. You don’t have to drag your luggage up and down and squeeze JR, and there may not be a seat. There are only a few people on the bus at the starting station here. There are so many people at the second stop in Umeda that you may have to take an extra seat. The hotel service is very good. There is a courier delivered to the hotel in advance, and you can pick it up when you check in. This time I stayed for two days first, and I stored my luggage in the middle and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. When I came back to check in again, the luggage had been delivered to the room in advance. And generally Japanese hotels check out at 10 o'clock, but this one is 12 o'clock, so you can sleep in, go out for breakfast, and then come back to check out. Both times, the room was on the highest floor, 23rd floor. We stayed in rooms facing both directions. The view was great during the day and at night. The price was very good. Compared with the small room in Kyoto Hotel, it was very spacious. The big suitcases could be spread out and organized at will. Three adults were not cramped. The extra bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. The shower water flow was very large and comfortable. We chose the package of continuous stay without cleaning. Every day, the used towels were put in a black bag and hung outside the door. At night, bottled water and clean towels were replaced and put in a blue bag. Toothbrushes, combs, cotton pads, instant coffee, etc. can be picked up by the front desk on the first floor. There are also many places to eat nearby. There are barbecues and three convenience stores next to the hotel. McDonald's Yoshinoya and Izakaya Street...
Read moreThe hotel is located at Fukushima Station on the Osaka Loop Line, diagonally opposite the station. It is only one stop from Umeda and 4 stops from Universal Studios, making travel very convenient. On the first day I checked in, I felt dizzy when I walked into the bathroom. I felt the room was shaking and thought it was an earthquake. I asked the hotel to change rooms. The * girl at the front desk was very patient and changed the room. Later, when I arrived in Tokyo, I still felt dizzy, maybe because of airsickness. There is a ramen restaurant, oden, and Mingmen Taiyaki downstairs from the hotel. Dianping has rated it as a five-star restaurant and is worth a visit. oh! By the way, downstairs there are also FamilyMart and Shanghai’s out-of-print McDonald’s donuts. The hotel has a natural hot spring, which costs 800 yen per guest. After a day trip, you can take a dip in the hot spring to relieve yourself. I personally recommend it to be worth the experience. Our trip included going to Arima Hot Spring so we didn’t try the hotel. I booked a three-person room with Ctrip for 600➕ in December 2023. I was hesitant about this trip and planned to come back during the summer vacation, but the room price almost doubled. But at the time of posting the review, I had already booked a room for the summer vacation. Happy😁Facilities: Slightly outdatedHygiene: Clean the room and replace toiletries every dayEnvironment: clean and tidy.Service: The requirements mentioned are basically met.Personally, I feel that 95% of the waking hours when traveling in Japan are spent outside experiencing local customs and customs. There is no need to be too luxurious in a hotel just for sleeping (unless you are very rich). It’s not like you have to book a five-star hotel when going to Sanya. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. The key is the price. The main focus is on cost-effectiveness, which is in line with our consistent position of province...
Read moreI don't usually give hotels this bad a review. Yes, the hotel is in a very convenient location but still I can't convince myself to believe this is a four-star hotel when the hotel is giving us two-star hotel service. First of all, the facility was very bad ; the private onsen bath was so small that my father couldn't even use it, and the bathroom had very poor ventilation that I even felt difficult to breathe after closing the door of the bathroom. Secondly, your staff seemed to be untrained and had extremely poor English communication and problem-solving skills. When we were checking in to the hotel, the staff who assisted us told me my reservation was supposed to have two separate beds. He said yes, there are. Afterward , I found out there was only one double bed in the room ; it was not like what he mentioned as two separate beds in each room. When I asked him, he said I had ordered three double rooms , so there were no two separate beds . He seemed like an intern who didn't understand English, and the worst part was no other staff guided him or even tried to help the situation. If he had difficulties understanding English, why didn't he use a translator? To be frankly speaking, I am not a native English speaker, but at least I asked and learned if I didn 't understand. Even the next day, when I asked the staff about the details of the public onsen , the same thing happened . Again, they didn 't understand English but didn't use a translator. In the end, I just took an English onsen handbill to me. But then what is the point of having to ask them when I have to look through that myself ? And you have to pay 800 yen per visit for the public onsen even if you are staying in the hotel. I can’t find any reason why I have to recommend this hotel. I can find better onsen hotels...
